Very toxic person. Recorded his gameplay and send to Embark and Steam because you can see the cheating as reported by others too. Fortunately these kind of people are getting banned by the day from Arc Raiders.

Heads up. I'm not sure if you care about this, but a friend on your friends list is a hacker / cheater. SoyUnRanchero or "Matthias" from California rage hacks in Arc Raiders with invisibility and unlimited grenades. He has another person on his friends list who also cheats by the looks of comments. Just spreading the word.
