I had a great experience with this game. It took me a little bit to understand how to play it, and as a result I think I missed a few things, but I followed through on an ending I am happy with.

Things feel very precarious at first, and I would highly recommend putting into Intuit early to be able to re-roll dice on your first play-through. By the time I was able to reach a conclusion (around 110-115 cycles) I never struggled to complete most tasks safely and had a pretty good system for resources. It only got a little grindy waiting for task timers in the late mid-game.

The writing has great pacing, and it does what good science fiction always does: turns the lens on the present. There are several philosophies about humanity and sentience in Citizen Sleeper, an insightful look at power, and imaginative beings of all kinds.

For fans of The Murderbot Diaries, a Sleeper is much like Murderbot in their concept. My particular ending reminded me of Chana Porter's "The Seep" (which I also reccommend). You cannot kill me in a way that matters.
