i bought a package 21 days ago. They did not send it to my account, they are not willing to help me so far.. first they tried to explain how to "find" the package. (it is not there.) Then they give as an excuse that they could not find the payment..(I provided a bank transaction...) Then they said my account was not linked to steam(How was i able to purchase the package then?...) When i tell them they can just add it to my account, that should be like 1 simple code for them they totally ignore it, and continue to be totally blind to the information that has been provided to them. Never have i experienced such a bad and incapable customer support, they don't care about you as player .. they dont care at all!! So story short don't buy anything from them. you wont get what you paid for! and they wont help you.
