The Binding of Issac series as a whole is pretty much the "Super Mario Bros." of Rougelikes in terms of how iconic it is for the Genre. That pretty much speaks for itself. Seriously I've never seen a single person who is a fan of Rougelikes and hasn't played or isn't fully aware of The Binding of Isaac.
