Early Access Review
Cannot recommend this game solely on the poor first user experience.

Game opens on a very hard to read intro that contains a ton of screen glitching effects and a doesn't allow the player to adjust the volume until both that and the prologue visual novel section has completed.

The tutorial is a separate PDF that the user has to navigate to and read. This pdf does not tell the player what keys to press in either the menu or gameplay.

Progression in the game is done through completing songs, returning back to the main menu, accessing a shop for either the story (which also contains songs) or a shop explicitly for songs unrelated to story progression.

Both shops have problems.

After completing the first story song you don't have enough credits to unlock the next section of the story. The first node you unlock doesn't give anything. It's just empty progression. The first song you can unlock from this menu is 4 nodes in.

Well ok sure I'll go unlock a song in the song shop. Well on top of already showing songs that have already been purchased (note: I've never purchased them they were unlocked by default) most of the songs that seemed interesting and supported difficulties around what I wanted to play were incredibly expensive.

So now I'm stuck with an incredibly restrictive song list that I have to wade through countless LOCKED SONGS to find a song to play. Once I find a song the difficulties haven't been helpful in finding a song I can reasonably play. I've identified 3 difficulties where I may or may not be able to reasonably sight read the chart.

No thoughts on the story as I never saw anything other than the first section while it was attempting to blast my ears off.

Maybe a ton of these complaints aren't as important to mainstays of this style of rhythm game. I am not one of them. I am new to keyboard 4-lane style games. I was interested in vivid/stasis because of the inclusion of the story elements but cannot recommend the game to anybody but already die hard fans of this style of rhythm game.
