I know what you're gonna say, and no, it still has nothing to do with ping... When you teleport around like that, it means your internet is CUTTING OUT ENTIRELY, for a moment. And Using VPN's that cause signals to bounce around to different places on the planet effectively act as your internet dying for a split second, rhythmically.
if it was ping, your actions would simply be delayed, 'cus it would take time for the signals to reach their destination and then come back to you, but the stream of information would still be constant, you wouldn't teleport around... And certainly not every .5 seconds like clockwork... Your hitbox would just get weird.
