If you are gonna play free-to-play you will have a bad experience because of all the cheaters.
I recommend to buy the game so you will have a lower chance to play against cheaters.
And don't be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ingame or you will get lower trust factor... Same with being too good, some people report you for cheating because you are better at the game and that are so annoying. Valve need to fix this as soon as possible, you shouldn't be able to get lower trust factor because someone is reporting you for cheating, only for greifing, abusive text/speak. And that Valve checks if it is true.

UPDATE: CS2 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over my experience of this game.
I hate that they force us to rerank, I'm stuck with newbs and don't enjoy to play this game anymore because of that. Before CS2 I played almost everyday and now 2 - 4 times a month.
