This game is currently in Early Access, and clearly is far from finished. However, despite that, I already feel that this will be one of my favourite games of all time.

First of all the game begins with some of the most breathtaking visuals I have seen in a game, which is a trend that continues throughout. I also really love the character animations, which are slightly on the exaggerated side, and almost remind me of cartoon animations, but they're done in a way to really make the emotions of the characters pop; and every cut-scene feels hand animated, as opposed to other modern games that just use canned animations again and again.

The gameplay is very much Souls inspired, as such this is not an easy game, so it won't be for everyone. In combat you'll have to dodge, block or parry attacks to keep yourself alive, and can very easily feel overwhelmed, especially against multiple enemies. I do feel like this is overall easier than the actual Souls games, but is very much still challenging, and it keeps me on my toes.

Overall I'm very happy with what I've played so far, and am eagerly awaiting new updates; even if this game takes several more years to cook, I'll be there.
