Whenever I'd heard the line, "But I haven't spawned yet," I thought in terms of spawning your hero at the beginning of the game - however, Slark is a fish. For fish, spawning is the act of depositing eggs or sperm. Spark is whining about dying a virgin. Slark's last thoughts upon death are about dying a virgin. Sort of explains why he has all those rapey lines.
