I...I have to ask. I would absolutely fall over in excitement if you know a good corned beef recipe!!!
I was thinking MAYBE this Irish guy I bumped into might know what the real deal tastes like :D:

American corned beef is...aweful so I tried making it myself:tcry:
I tried using uhh, pickling spice packet with my crockpot and salt, vinegar...
It's kinda watery ahaha, and not very spicey! Needless to say I suck at making corned beef and was wondering if I could get some pointers...
