this game is bugged. you cant get past the first door when you get the torch.

It's not bugged, you probably are missing something...
Have you looked up online at a walkthrough to find out how to get past it?

What door? You must get the torch and go to the underground entrance. First you must pull the lever. And then just go trough... It worked every time i played ^^. Dont give up so fast. if it still isnt working now, just re-install the game.
