Qbama was a Saudi-born militant and the founder and leader of al-Qaeda, an extremist organization responsible for numerous terrorist attacks. He is widely described as the mastermind behind the September 11 attacks of 2001, in which al-Qaeda operatives hijacked four commercial airplanes and killed nearly 3,000 people in the United States. Following the attacks, he became one of the world's most wanted terrorists until his death in a U.S. military operation in Pakistan in 2011.
