Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients
8 tablespoons (113g) unsalted butter, plus more for greasing the ramekins
1 cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
