An excellent RPG where you captain a flying train; it's extremely immersive, and provides a constant source of adventure.

Compared to its predecessor, Sunless Sea, Sunless Skies is an improvement in every single way; the writing and overall tone is more cohesive, the combat is far better, movement is faster and more fluid, character creation and development feels natural and interesting, and last of all, the horrors of the setting actually have an impact on the gameplay and story now (rather than just being idle animations in the background).

I highly recommend playing it, even if you haven't played sunless seas; Sunless Skies is easily accessible for first time players.
