There are so very many mods, and there are more every day. Best bet is to peruse the all time top rated mods. Ski UI makes the interface much easier to navigate. Harder traps is self explanatory, as is map markers for houses. People are adding new areas and missions and all sorts but I am going to wait for Dawn Guard DLC before I go back. I am on Diablo 3 now anyway. click-click-click-click...etc.
