In their development diaries, they admit multiple times that the perceived value of the DLC was lower by moving content to the free update. As such, you would think they would lower the price of this DLC. But no, this is paradox. No quality content before release, and overpricing. This pattern hasn't changed in years, and it appears Victoria 3 will be no different.

This game was properly amazing. An exceptionally unique puzzle game that doesn't rely on luck, just skill and wit. A fun little story that contextualizes your actions and engaging characters that really make the whole game come together. 10/10 recommend. So many moments when I thought I had no hope just to have immense joy once I figured it out.

This game is No Man's Sky level of hype with just as bad a delivery.

The problem? I don't foresee a No Man's Sky level comeback.

I have played a lot of this game, from some of its first months to now. Through it all there have been rough patches, but they've recovered. This last expansion and update shows that the development team has abandoned core values of good game production. There is no balance to these mechanics, there was clearly no testing at all (for quality of design but also for bugs... LOTS of bugs...) and the apology was lack-luster. Paradox has grown, which is amazing for them. But they've chosen to sacrifice quality as they've grown...

I cannot, in good faith, recommend this game for new players without having friends to teach you the broken mechanics and let you mooch the $400+ of DLC in multiplayer games.

At the time I wrote this review, I had never cried over a videogame before that day

At the time I wrote this review, I had never played a storybased decision making game such as Life Is Strange

At the time I wrote this review, I was listening to the music of the closing scene

At the time I wrote this review, I was crying

At the time I wrote this review, I had realized that the SOUNDTRACK was bringing me to tears

At the time I wrote this review, I had realized the storyline of LiS was eye-opening

At the time I wrote thie review, I realized I had never shipped a videogame relationship as hard as I did in LiS

At the time I wrote this review, I had spent most of my time playing FPS shooters or 4x strategy games

At the time I wrote this review, I had been called "gayyyyyyyyyy" by my friends

At the time I wrote this review, I had been ridiculed by my friends for playing this game for 10 straight hours on Christmas

At the time I wrote this review, I had never felt so good about being made fun of by my friends

At the time I wrote this review, I ignored the steam messages I was recieving for being in the game

At the time I wrote this review, I realized this game was the greatest 16 hours of my life

At the time I wrote this review, I wished every single person in the whole world had played this game, just so they could expierence the hella good graphics and hella good soundtrack and hella good characters with their hella good development and the hella good storyline they took part in, a story line that was hella influnced by your decisions in a way that was hella cool to watch. And yeah, really I want more people to play this game because I want to talk about this game for the rest of eternity and have debates over the ending and the choices you make at every turn, because this game, this STORY, will attach you to the characters and make you wish you were there. This story will NOT be a waste of your money. This is a game you will never, ever, ever, forget. These are characters that grab and twist your emotions, not you controlling their feelings. This game, this epic, eye-opening, unforgettable, hella amazing story is a expirence I would recommend to everyone.

Upon finishing this game, I juxtaposed the life of fly against my own life.

Differences:
The whole part where the fly can fly.
The fact he has six legs (so cool, right?!)

Similarities:
Everything. I mean, we all just want to be someone in life. Someone who escapes the system that we live in. Be 'that guy' who becomes something. Who rises to the top. Some of us get stuck at the bottom and cannot get out (spider web). Some of us get blown away by those who do not want to see us make it to the top (wind gusts). And when we think we have it all, we get too greedy and go too high, walking into our downfall (heat lamp).

Me and the fly, we aint too different. So why don't you go try your self man. Realize just how simple life is.
