This was an incredible experience. I am currently in college for IT related Network Administration and Security, and a lot of stuff in this game is related to what i'm learning. The commands you use on your terminal for example are real commands that are used in UNIX based systems.

The story was pretty engaging too, and it felt great to be able to piece things together, especially towards the end of the game where you learn a lot more about Hacknet (your OS) and why it can do things that no other hacker in-game can do.

There were also parts that felt very intense and stressful in a great way, like near the beginning of the game is a part where you get attacked by another hacker and have to act quickly to defend yourself, or get tasked to break into a seemingly simple server only to get instantly traced and need to change your IP quickly.

I can strongly recommend this game to anyone who wants to get a taste of the hacker/Cybersecurity world, even if it is kinda basic. And if you wanna go even further after experiencing this, there are sites like Hack The Box and TryHackMe that you can use to learn more advanced techniques and test your skills.
