I have some ideas for mods:

Down Counter:
Matches the same down counter that's above your health circle, 0 means you'll go into custody instead of bleedout, could be placed inside the health circle or somewhere outside it

Quicker Auto-fix:
Drills auto-fix themselves quicker, maybe 1 second? If ModWorkshop tells you it's a cheat, just say it takes so long people might go to it, expecting it to not auto-fix when it actually was

Bot Skills & Perks:
Any skills and perks the host has equipped will apply to bots

Disable Auto-dropping:
Bots don't automatically drop bags to save downed crew members (Options to make bots only drop certain bags?)

Better Achievements:
Kills caused by Graze and Akimbos count towards achievements

Auto-enable Lasers:
Lasers on gadgets automatically turn on at the start of a heist, if a laser isn't present the gadget will be turned off
