A superb game with a riveting plot and fantastic character development!
...Is not how this game should be described.

It actually is an open world where you can roam around and blow stuff up. There is a story line, but it is so ridiculous that you should only go into it with the expectation of laughing /at/ the story rather than with it.

An excellent place to explore and destroy, and one of my favorite games. The physics has plenty of moments that will leave you scratching your head (Like riding on top of a fighter jet, and shooting a grappling hook at the ground and pulling yourself towards it to avoid fall damage), but all in all it is a great game if you just want to drive around and make things explode.
