BROWNIES
6 dl sukker
8 ss kakaopulver
3 dl hvetemel
2 ts vaniljesukker
1 ts salt
300 g smør
4 stk. egg
Bland alt det tørre i en bakebolle.
Smelt smør i en liten kjele, og tilsett smøret i blandingen.
Ha i egg, og rør alt godt sammen.
Smør en liten langpanne, ca. 25x35 cm. Kle så pannen med et bakepapir. Hell røren over i langpannen og stryk den utover.
Stek kaken midt i ovnen på 150-160 °C i ca. 30 minutter.
Avkjøl kaken helt og del den i biter. Server gjerne kaken med friske bringebær, en bringebærcoulis eller et lite dryss melis. En iskaffe eller et glass kaldt melk smaker også godt til
