I used to play this game all the time months ago when it went F2P in open beta, or maybe even a little before that. I went with the mage and leveled him up, and really enjoyed building my castle, unlocking monsters, placing traps, and employing different strategies to defeat attackers. After a long hiatus, I saw this game in my library and reinstalled, and boy was I disappointed.

Pay-to-win EVERYWHERE. Every monster I bought and had in my inventory was gone, and all the high-level ones were unnatainable. All the monsters I used to be able to craft before I couldn't because I didn't have the "materials" I needed, and in order to get those materials I could either farm other castle for hours or PAY real money for item packs that might or might not have what I needed in them.

After trying it for a few more hours, I've given up. It's not worth it. My castle has no monsters and I'm being raided constantly by higher-level players and I've got no defense, because in order to build that defense I have to farm for hours. You'll lose literally tens of thousands of resources if you start up again like i did.

No thanks. I'm out. Don't waste your time on this game, it used to be good but now it's just an obvious cash grab.

Not as fun as the original game. It seems the devs tried to "upgrade" it but instead it just lost the original feel. However, the game also comes with the original Motherload Goldium edition, and your old XGen Accounts still work!

Just beat ♥♥♥♥♥, 10/10 would get millions worth of gear again

Depth is extremley fun, especially with friends. I wouldn't pay $25 but sale prices are excellent!

This is a really, really cool game. It's a sort of game I've never come across before. The art style is simplistic and so is the gameplay, but the world is detailed enough that you'll have a great time exploring it. I definitely recommend it!

The game seems super fun, I really like the art style and the simplicity of the mechanics, but no one plays it. Literally 0 matches and no bots. No point in buying it, even though it's really cool.

This is a really interesting game that's also quite fun and quite cheap. I'm only a short way in but the mechanics like tenant satisfactoin and their ability to find lovers and have children are amazing. Definitely try this game!

It had some interesting mechanics but I'm not really a fan of MOBAs or grinding so meh

Extremely frustrating, surprisingly complex, easy to learn and difficult to master. Not bad! I've had fun.

This game looked extremely promising. The idea of building your own space base was extremely cool, I liked the random events, the room zoning, etc, but AI is incredibly stupid, there are tons of game-breaking bugs, and after leaving this game alone for months in the hope that when I came back it would be in much better shape, I find that the devs abandoned it.

So much wasted potential. 4/10, do not buy.

Extremely fun shooter. Parkour is pretty weak and doesn't add a large amount, but doesn't detract. I really like the different playstyles of each Merc (playable character), as well as their different special abilities.

The graphics are excellent, as is fluidity of gameplay and just plain fun.

Yes, the game is pay-to-progress. You can progress yourself but it costs quite a bit in terms of time, and some of the mercs are quite OP (Rhino's tanking and minigun, as well as mines and sticky bombs), but it's still really fun.

I would recommend giving this game a try!
