This game has not received a single patch since its Steam launch despite multiple glaring bugs that have been known to the developers for months now.

Most importantly, this games renderer is capped at 1080p, so if you've got a 1440p screen or higher the game will look like a mess. You can't go into windowed mode either to avoid the issue either, since there's no option for that.

While not every bug can be fixed before release, it should've been fixed in the week of it's release at worst. Not having a single patch dropped since then however, which at the time of writing this is three entire months) for the record, is simply unacceptable.

Edit: Updating this well after a year and despite periodic promises there's still nox fix. Unbelievable.

I've been playing the game almost daily prior to its release Steam release, having accumulated 417h of playtime.

Want to know why?

Because this is one of the rare games that gets continually updated while not being filled of with predatory F2P microtransactions and battlepasses. While subscriptions aren't my favorite payment model either, I have to admit that this is one of the few cases where it's a perfect fit and the price is more than manageable.

As for the gameplay itself, this is by far the best rendition of the Stadium environment. The car handles really well, but takes a lot of time to master. Encountering a physics bug on a regular track is also not really a thing that happens anymore, unlike some of the earlier iterations.
I wish this game had more environments, but thanks to the greatly increased variety in surfaces, like ice and plastic, it isn't really a big problem.

Great relaxing golf game. Very simple, yet challenging. Don't be put-off by its minimalistic aesthetics.

Only thing missing is a fullscreen mode. You can go fullscreen by pressing Alt+Enter.
