Tell your friend that it's okay to be insecure or to feel frustrated. But flaming literally every game is a problem. Like, he has to get a grip of himself or disable chat. At the minimum he is an annoying ass, at the worst he makes people feel bad. He was like this in 3/3 games, so it's highly likely that he does that every single game. He should have a deep look at himself at some point.
