I am writing to file a complaint about an employee named Moonstia, whose unprofessional behavior resulted in my daughter suffering a severe injury—a broken tibia.
On September 13th, we noticed a large spill in an aisle and reported it to Moonstia. Instead of addressing the hazard, she dismissed our concerns and failed to take any action to ensure customer safety. As a result, my daughter slipped and fell, sustaining a serious fracture.
Her negligence and lack of professionalism caused immense pain and suffering for my daughter, significant medical expenses, and a disruption to our lives. This incident reflects poorly on Kroker’s commitment to customer safety.
I urge you to investigate this matter, address Moonstia’s behavior, and implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
