And my friend doesn't have a network error, but I'm the only one who does, so if my friend digs a room for two, invites me, and tries to enter after being invited, I can't enter by saying that the room number doesn't exist. I bought a biped and played with my friends many times and never had a network issue, but when I try to play a biped with a new friend, I can't enter the game with no network/error. What should I do? I've tried changing the steam area, but I still get an error.

I bought this game for PS5 and it keeps crashing. every time we go to a new area. I barely owned it for 24 hours and cant get 1hr play out it. We have tried clearing cache, uninstall/reinstall and deleted old save data. Sony suggested a factory reset on our console, but that is extreme. Do you have any other suggestions?
