Yeah the only people who are affected by Off the Record are hard tunnelers, thats literally the point of the perk /shrug

- "gen rush" and we got 3 total gens done, one of which was after i died

- "abusing off the record to take hits" you realise that off the record disables when the survivor does a conspicuous action, and if you are hard tunneling that survivor...they cant do a conspiciuous action...so off the record is gonna still be active. if you didnt want OTR to still be active...maybe dont hard tunnel the survivor...thats like common sense
