MAKES 4 SLICES

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 tsp. white sugar
• 4 slices of bread
• A pinch of salt

Directions:

1.) Measure flour into a large mixing bowl. Slowly whisk in milk, salt, egg, cinnamon, vanilla extract and sugar until smooth.
2.) Heat lightly oiled griddle / frying pan over medium heat.
3.) Soak bread slices in mixture until saturated, and cook on each side until golden brown.
