Commenting out the line that says AutoEmptyOptions at the top seems to do the trick. Thanks!

In topic Score Limit Changes After First Map
Yes... the question is if anyone knows how to prevent this. I'm also talking about the match settings you set when hosting a game from multiplayer, not boot camp. First match is right, then the next match after voting is back to the default score. The time limit isn't changed, though.

Changing the default server settings in a config file doesn't solve the problem, it just means the score is changing to whatever I set there instead. So, is anyone aware of a way to make sure the match settings picked in multiplayer hosting persist between maps?

(And I'm aware of the workshop map problem, I have no problem voting on workshop maps between matches.)

In topic Score Limit Changes After First Map
I set the score limit and start the first match, but when I get to the next match the score limit has changed. It also seems like the bot difficulty has changed. Anyone know how to prevent this?
Going from the free version to the paid version, the "Tutorial" section "disappears", and "Contracts" show up under Solo Play. It looks like the same content to me, so this was annoying/confusing.

In topic Bug :: Twin Peaks Cell Capture Bot Scoring
When playing with bots, my team's bot "froze" on our cell holding the enemy cell when it scored. It just stood there holding the cell. I pushed it back a couple of times (with rockets) and it just stepped forward to score again, and that won the match.

In topic FAQ: TUNIC Demo @ Indie Arena Online
"Indie Arena Booth opens at 10pm Central European / 4pm Eastern US / 1pm Pacific US."

That is the helpful info I was looking for, in case it helps anyone out. I infer, without being told, this info means the demo won't be available until this time or later. But that's still a little unclear.

In topic Still Early Access?

Should pin this or something somewhere so people know.
@ Orion - At any case, mistakes happen, quit crying.
No :( We don't have an option in the back-end to "go back" into early access. We contacted steam to see if they would do it on their end but it wasn't possible.

Pinning a thread is a great idea though, just did it, thanks!
This is the new pinned thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/840010/discussions/0/1741103267263933572/
If you feel there is more we should mention there let us know.

I'll also add a "This game is in active development" first thing in the description for the game to make sure people don't miss it.

We really wish this mixup didn't happen and feel bad about it :( we are doing what we can to make sure players are happy. At least steam has a nice refund policy so worst case scenario players don't have to keep a purchase they are unhappy about.

Sorry again.

Early Access is an abomination and shouldn't exist. However, seeing a game for sale in the store that isn't finished without the Early Access tag is also a major problem. Sorry Steam sucks so much lately, but I also felt reporting the page was the right way to handle it. The notion that it "wasn't possible" to change it strikes me as completely unfeasible. So, my instincts are telling me that one of you are probably lying. It looks like a cute game, but it doesn't really matter in the end if the untrustworthy party is the developer or the publisher at this point. The problem, and the disappointment, is that you're selling an unfinished game.

In topic Flashlight not working? Bug Report Thread
Everything in the game seems to work except for the flashlight. The workaround (-force_vendor_id 0x10DE -force_device_id 0x1180 -dxlevel 95) makes the flashlight work seemingly regardless of settings, but forces the game to launch at a lower resolution every time it starts up, which is incredibly annoying. Some rocky objects in the environment looked black/unshaded.

In topic Tutorial not working
Same problem. The map loads, and some of the UI loads, but not fully. No player, no instruction, totally broken.

In topic Founders packs
I don't really want to create another new discussion, so Founders Packs is close enough. It's kind of disturbing to watch companies take advantage of certain trends for profit, especially when it has a negative impact on game development. Unless I am way off base, alpha and beta are key phases in the development process of a game. That feedback and those extra eyeballs on your *incomplete* game are a huge benefit for you to find bugs you would otherwise have to find on your own.

Here's what I am getting at: Your site actually sells Founders Packs as a way to "Secure your access to the game before anyone else..." This is fundamentally wrong. In all actuality, you should be paying participants for helping your refine your clunky, messy unfinished product. Which means there could easily be a middle ground. You only do this because of the dummies out there actually paying for this nonsense, praying on their eagerness and ignorance. That's their choice, I honestly don't care about that, but I do care about how those dummies influence development, and I don't like it.

Your Founders Packs also suggest you might be considering a business model that has a negative impact on your player base. There is already a discussion about that on the website forums, so I will weigh in there. I will say here, it's early enough in development to come up with a better strategy.

In topic I like companies who value their teams.
Maybe I am a little unique in this but, I find I care more and more about the people that make these games possible. I have a lot of respect for companies who take the time to acknowledge their team members and what they do. I am an artist and designer and I like knowing who is responsible for making products beautiful and visually cohesive.

It took me about an hour of crawling through links to find out that your head artist is named "Marcus" and that's all I know. Yes, the team are all serving a greater goal but they are also talented individuals. Personally, I want to give my support to the artists making this game look so awesome and making those sweet illustrations on the website. Any plans to promote, or even acknowledge, the talent behind your game?
