Ingredience:
- 4 plátky vepřového nebo kuřecího masa
- Sůl a pepř
- Hladká mouka
- 2 vejce
- Strouhanka
- Olej nebo sádlo na smažení

Postup:
1. Příprava masa: Plátky masa omyjte, osušte a lehce naklepejte. Osolte a opepřete.
2. Obalování: Připravte tři talíře: mouku, rozšlehaná vejce a strouhanku.
3. Obalení řízků: Maso obalte v mouce, vejcích a strouhance.
4. Smažení: V pánvi rozehřejte olej nebo sádlo na střední teplotu. Řízky smažte dozlatova z obou stran, asi 3–5 minut na každé straně.
5. Odkapání: Hotové řízky odkapávejte na papírové utěrce.

Podávání:
České řízky podávejte s bramborovým salátem, vařenými brambory nebo s bramborovou kaší. Můžete přidat také plátek citronu a okurkový salát.
