Lastu does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late. In the face of setbacks or adversity will continue to pursue the objective, and doesn’t give up. But may not be able to inspire others to continue as well. Lastu likes to work with problems and enjoys problem-solving sessions. They present ideas and solutions but these are sometimes limited or unworkable. Able to concentrate and stay focused for periods of several hours, even when tasks are relatively mundane, and doesn't make mistakes. They have a high boredom threshold.
