My first Monster Hunter game, and I regret not getting into the franchise sooner; this game is hella fun.

Don't know what to say, other than this game is awesome! Fantastic soundtrack, solid gameplay and lots of re-playability and mod support.

First couple of minutes and I'm impressed! It is a definite upgrade from the original including stuff from the Wrath of the Lamb DLC and new content! It's really fun however it has it's share of glitches. Despite the minor glitches it's extremely fun and I absolutely recommend this to people.

Edit (Aug 20 2018): The RNG is still evil...

I enjoyed the time I had with this game since when I first played back in early 2010, but now, saying the game's official servers are in a sorry, unplayable state is a severe understatement. It doesn't help that community servers have fallen to the wayside due to the server system change from Meet Your Match too.

I am doubtful that Valve would ever fix anything related to TF2 either. It reminds me of how Sony treated Little Big Planet (namely LBP 3); the servers kept having problems with hack attacks and people's data getting leaked, and instead of fixing the netcode and improving the situation, it was shutdown. TF2's current state makes me believe it is headed in that same trajectory unfortunately.
