Had a problem with a glitched out helicopter on US Rustinity 2X Monthly Large that was killing my teams FPS. Created a ticket and the support team responded within an hour. When the problem was elevated to Killa he responded to the ticket and did his best to fix the problem we were having even though it turned out to be something that could not be solved. Great support team and great lead admin. Thanks Killa!
