An absolutely incredible simulator that's improving all the time. Be warned though, this is not for casual pilots (i.e. the War Thunder or Ace Combat crowd). It's not a pick-up-and-play game. This is an ultra realistic sim, and the learning curve is steep. You'll find that most of the negative reviews of this sim come from people who were expecting something far less realistic that could be played with an gamepad. A HOTAS joystick & throttle setup is pretty much essential.

There are currently six different third party developers developing aircraft modules for DCSW, so there are always new aircraft from many different eras of aviation on the way. The future for DCSW is a bright one.
