Do not download the game, do not play the game. Got banned for not being good enough at the game. the game is dead. Its basically just elitist tribes veterans with 20 years experience on private servers, and there is no other way to play.

I even offered my labor for free as a graphics software engineer, as the game is kept alive by a small community; but i will not be contributing to the game. I may just write a bunch of procedural tools and create a game better than MidAir.... because i feel like if i dont, then tribes is dead.

Use to be the best shooter ive ever played in my life, just logged on to see they updated it to pure ♥♥♥♥. I HATE HI-REZ FOR THIS i would have payed $100 to play the old tribes but im not paying for in game content. you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥, im going to go work on mid-air and be one of their devs. you guys should have brought this game to console. would have done insanely good. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiots. i hate you hi-rez, i hate you.
