So about the whole modelling thing... it's gonna take some time before I can get back into it. The software that I've been using for modeling is outdated and (now that I have windows 8) unstable, and the company that bought it just pulled it's plug. Time to learn Blender!

Now I imagine it aint easy making those things, but good luck on making a newer version.
