Marmelada

Ingredientes:

1kg de marmelo limpo
1kg de açúcar
1dl de água

Preparação:

Levar os marmelos cortados em pedaços ao lume com o açúcar e a água. Deixar cozer bem. Quando tudo estiver cozido, reduzir a puré com a varinha mágica, de modo a ficar uma mistura homogénea. Deixar ferver mais um pouco até atingir o ponto de estrada.
Deitar em tacinhas e deixar secar com uma tampa de papel vegetal embebida em aguardente.
