TE120 feels more like a proof of concept than a fully-fledged game. It's very short and the story is more peripheral than anything else, but it's all executed so well. The darker and grimmer take on the Half-Life 2 world works well with the new gravity gun concept. While the selling point of the game is the gravity gun, I was actually more impressed with the attention to detail put into the world itself. Every part of the world felt real and lived in, and not (as can be the case sometimes in Half-Life 2) just a path to the next gameplay objective.
