I could never suggest to anyone to play this game because its not a "game". Google describes a game as "noun - a form of play or sport, especially a competitive one played according to rules and decided by skill. Counterstrike 2 is not decided by skill, no word of a lie. I have played this game since its inception and can confidently state that 9/10 games have obvious blatant cheating. Anyone that tries to describe it otherwise is lying, and it will become apparent once you have played it yourself.

If you purchase this game for yourself or for your child, be prepared to suffer through hours of cheaters shooting you through walls before you can physically click the button on your mouse. It will instill a repeated sense of losing despite the efforts you put forward to improve. If you would like to teach your child the only way to get ahead in life is by breaking the rules, being morally corrupt, and cheating, then this is the game for you.

There was a time when this was a game of skill, a game that required a John Wick mentality (focus and commitment), a game of community. This is all gone and now, its a game of skin gambling and cheating. The worst thing you could allow your child to be part of. Furthermore valve possesses the tools to handle this but instead places development funds into areas that will generate cashflow now (skins, cases). This is so short sighted it's wild. They will literally let one of the greatest shooters go to ♥♥♥♥ to collect a payout now instead of thinking about the future of the game and what it could be. The long term gains far outweigh the short term gains offset with potential losses from them not taking action. What kind of trashcan team is so incapable of looking into the future on behalf of their company and for their customers.

The internet is riddled with people saying the exact same stuff. All you have to do is login to a game and actually play to see its current state. It's wild how much consumers have to plea and still have nothing done. Maybe they are just incapable and incompetent? Hard to say but after 2yrs since release it feels like they just don't care AT ALL!
