If you are a fan of other Atlus RPGs this is definitely one of them.

Every character and plot point in this game feels like a caricature of what a story beat should be. While the points themselves are mostly fine, no depth or nuance is developed for the game simply has no screen time for it, and would rather keep repeating information you already know or keep hammering down every personality into a generic trope.

It is truly a letdown to come expecting a political fantasy story with nuance and consequences, only to be fed the same tropey-filled nonsense that permeates the genre.

If you are here for the in depth customisation that Atlus is known for in their RPGs, I'm sorry to say you will leave wanting more.
Where in the persona series you can customize your character with a multitude of said personas to a varying degree, here your combat options feel extremely limited and unlock in awkward timings.

A disappointing, badly-paced, simplistic, and repetitive mess.

This game is absolutely fantastic. Mechanically challenging with good class variety to allow for different types of attempts on each run.
On the higher difficulties makes you compelled to record gameplay in order to try and strategize a solution to each mechanic you are presented with, giving a very fun blind progression on MMOs feeling.

10/10 Will keep bashing my head against each wall the game throws.
