This game is a hardcore WW2 mil-sim, the community takes it as a mil-sim, but intelligent gameplay design choices help the game along on what would be a walking sim on its giant maps.
-Gunplay feels solid and weighty.
-TTK(Time to Kill) feels realistic and balanced.
-Each role has its place and helps the squad.
-Vehicle play is fantastic and not arcadey like Battlefield, you can't 1 man tanks.

Overall thoughts: Leadership and squadmates make or break this game's experience. A good section leader or good platoon leader will lead the team to victory. The comradry you feel when a well-oiled section/squad is running and gunning, doing objectives, and killing dudes. Theres the "fun" of the game. This game brings people much more intimately than most MMOs, after finding a good squad or squad leader, you're not gonna want to let go them.

You go hollow when you rage quit.
