I'm still enjoying this gem of a game 13 years after release. Especially fun with friends. Even though the development days are long gone, the game is still being maintained to this very day by community developers, who brought new content, improvements and bug fixes in 2020.

I was pissed off by the update. I even stopped playing the game for a while. But over time, things got smoothed out by patches.
I can live with the current state of the game. Even more, since i own servers i can modify / reverse the changes brought with TLS i don't like.

Because they only added some custom mods and haven't fixed any real issue.

You are right. A lot of users dont even come to complain in the forum - they simply uninstall this now trash of a game.

Steam forum isn't the majority, an anti-update thread with 1000+ posts doesn't mean 1000+ people dislike the update, just very few users arguing with each other, not to mention that a lot of users don't even use steam thread!
