I have to get this off my chest, and I know its awful but its just turned into a habit now and within 5 minutes of it starting I'm already hard. Mostly its just during lectures where my camera is off but on occasion I've done it with my camera on but pointed only to my head and shoulders and I have to be really sneaky which makes it even more exciting, if messy.
