Hello, I know we don't know each other but when I went to your profiles and checked those images that individual seemed familiar from two encounters I had with him on Versus.

When I switched server regions to play on USA versus servers I would see that person blatantly cheating with his little cryptominer software running. He was playing on his old profile where he had 17k hours and was a very old Steam account. My guess for why he made a new account is that he slipped up and got VAC banned so he can't play on that account anymore.
