Anybody who follows my reviews knows that I absolutely love music rhythm games, especially in VR. I love Rock Band 3, Rock Band VR, Guitar Hero, Dance Central, Dance Central VR, Just Dance, Beat Saber, Audica, Soundboxing, Thumper, etc. Unfortunately, I don't really like this game.

It's not a bad game per se. It's very challenging and it's actually pretty unique. From the store video, I thought this was an Audio Shield clone, but it isn't. I would compare it to trying to catch breaking balls as a major league catcher repeatedly from like a team of All-Star quality pitchers. You get balls flying at you that just go faster and faster and break away from you. There's easy, normal, hard, and expert difficulty. Expert is crazy difficult.

There are six included songs. They are all forgettable. Luckily, you can use your own songs. However, the auto beat-map is not really the best. I honestly didn't ever really feel the beatmaps were synced well to the beat. It just felt like you were playing a game of catch (on crack) while listening to music.

I think some people may enjoy this game more than I did. However, after 30 minutes of playing I just didn't want to play anymore. For me, it was just too repetitive. Challenging, but not a fun challenge.

Rate 4.5/10.
