Maybridge - He is located in Denmark, The police cannot request details about a users IP in that country.

Do not let your child talk to this man. I caught him trying to convince my 12 year old son to meet him in person, I've contacted the authorities and maybe they will locate him but he refused to give out his IP address so I'm not sure there is much they can do. In the meantime BEWARE.
