Been here since 2013 on two different accounts. I cannot recommend this game to anyone. Rampant bots, rampant human cheaters, useless anti-cheat, and quite possibly one of the worst communities on the face of the planet. The in-game tutorials for new players are complete garbage. How is ANYONE supposed to actually learn the game without extensive third-party media? There are so many hidden mechanics that aren't properly explained it's almost silly. It's false advertising to say that this game gets constant updates and yes I am aware that the game is free but that changes nothing. I can't bring myself to lie to new players anymore and say that this game is awesome. Casual mode is nigh impossible to play, even at 'peak' hours. The community server tab is mostly dead, save for a handful of dedicated servers, which is probably your best bet at a 'normal' TF2 match.

Valve has lost themselves. This game is no longer the gateway to PC gaming. That's the most depressing pill to swallow after thousands of hours of playing and huffing copium.

Still probably going to play tho. I like my zombie gamemodes and 24/7 cp_foundry / ctf_2fort
