If its a game ban, and it says it is, Steam cannot and will not help you, you are more than likely gonna have to start a whole new account and if it is, by a miracle of god, reversed you will be perma untrustworthy.

Everyone is saying it's AMD users who got banned for a setting in Adrenalin.
