I would suggest more the recommended specs for minimum. I was within the minimum specs, but by the time I quit playing I was only getting 13-18 fps. As for game play, I was having fun. The different types of guns were fun to play with. Story seemed to be an improvement from 3 and some good side quests. It kind of frustrates me that I can't keep playing.

*An Update fixed my fps issues. I am getting 40-60 fps now. I haven't finished the game yet but I am having fun. There are some QOL stuff that could make it better. Recommend for BL fans and those interested in a looter shooter.
