This man is a true angel within the meat industry. I went to a cooking class the other day to learn how to cook burgers and fries; today I was going to attend another cooking class to learn how to cook a pork tenderloin as well as fingerling potatos as a side. Mr. Zoth here being the professional that they are, as soon as learning of this reccomended me different steaks and dishes that mqay go well with them. I think this man changed my life. As soon as I met Zoth I wen from some lacky making Velveeta mac and cheese 3 times a week to a monster flipping burgers (I learned in the class you flip the burger, "when that block bleed it") and cooking pork tenderloin and fingerling potatos.
