I expected the campaign to be mediocre at best but it has really surprised me. The open world in Halo hasn't been done since Halo 3: ODST but here it is now on a much bigger scale. The grappling hook is a huge additive to the game and I use it almost every fight multiple times. Multiplayer is paced well and feels very fluid. It could used some more maps added in bu the ones that are currently included are designed well.

Went very under the radar at release and is still somewhat under the radar now. Great campaign that actually makes you attached to the characters and their objectives, while simultaneously making you want to really kill all of your enemies. The combat is some of the smoothest out of any first person shooter ever. This is what all the futuristic Call of Duty titles tried to be, but could never achieve. Well worth a purchase for the campaign alone, not to mention the fun that the multiplayer brings to the table as well. Hopefully Respawn can see that this game was a success in its own right and decide to make a third in the series of this caliber because if it will be anything like this game, it will be an instant buy from me. Highly recommend.
